Yalldale Level Builder

Goal

You are the world designer. Paint a bigger Yalldale map with terrain, blocks, hazards, items, and enemies. Place the treasure, press Simulate, and watch AI Yalda try to reach it.

Pieces

• Terrain — Path, Sand, Flowers, Torches, Signs, Bridges
• Blocks — Trees, Rocks, Water, Fences, Bushes, Crystals, Locked Doors
• Hazards — Spikes & pits (Yalda never steps on these; she takes the safest detour)
• Items — Treasure ★, Keys (open doors), Gems, Hearts
• Enemies — Malda, Bat, Slime (wander and can catch Yalda)

Tools

• Drag paint on the grid
• Fill flood-fills a region
• Eraser / Undo / Redo (Ctrl/Cmd+Z)
• Biome changes the look (Meadow, Grove, Frost, Desert, Cave)
• Template loads a starter maze to edit

Simulate

1. Place treasure ★ somewhere reachable.
2. Each Key opens one Door, then that key is used up. Two doors need two keys.
3. Press Simulate (or Space). She also avoids spikes, pits, and enemy tiles when she can.
4. Earn up to ★★★ for longer, spicier mazes.
